ICO. "Initial Coin Offering"
The entire point of an ICO is to generate an investment mechanism through a token or coin.
Most projects publish the white paper first, then start paving the way for the ICO. After the ICO , most projects never move forward with the Blockchain tech which was described in the white paper they simply stay attached to the Ethereum Root Chain as they got their money.
The technology described in these whitepapers are usually over ambitious goals which require top dog development team which is not available to the small guys.
HJOE should NOT be throwing around "blockchain" this and that without the whitepaper first. I guess it would be possible for HJOE to inject funds raised raised from the ICO into HJOE stock for us but other than that, there will be no connection between SEC regulated HJOE stock and HJOE token.
