that is good to surmise. I would also like to ad; this is a back up plan in the event they cannot relist with a MM/broker willing to do a 14c211 to relist Hjoe as Hjoe without the shannagens.
The shell company is the alternative if they don't get the required cooperation from the various entities and SEC.
