I think what they "plan" on doing is this. Launch an HJOE crypto ICO. Allocate X number of coins to insiders (us ) based on the number of shares which you own. Not a direct transfer so doable.....however, going this approach means they have bailed on HJOE stock as we know it. I wish they would have not mentioned a blockchain ICO without a whitepaper first. Oh well, good luck guys.
