I can't speak to the marketing budget and as mentioned earlier, the choice of doing search optimization sooner rather than later isn't an opinion we share. When the company decided to bring out complementary products in the GEN family, budget money was likely reallocated accordingly.
The effectivity of PRs is pretty subjective and the detail you are seeking will likely never show up in one. At present, I am ok with the current series of events in process. I would be pleasantly surprised to see a court response sooner rather than later. Anything else from the company ahead of the Annual Report would be a plus, but I am not anticipating any of that.
These answers probably are not what you're seeking, and the only way to get more detail is to speak with company leadership, assuming they will offer any greater detail at this time. It is really your choice to determine if the pace of progress suits your investment objective with DECN. I think 2018 will be a turning point for DECN, but we all have our own opinion on when in 2018, or if that soon.
