From my understanding, Capoli and Scully Lemoine are actually manufacturers reps. Their customers are brick and mortar auto parts stores.
While US Warranty is also a manufacturer's representative, they will have a professional, well trained F&I sales person sitting across the desk trying to up-sell the products to each individual auto buyer. All three are vital to sales of the Apps however, I suspect we will see US Warranty with some unbelievable sales numbers well above that of Capoli or Scully Lemoine. Capoli and Scully Lemoine can sell the product to a store but then the store personal will need to explain and sell the product to customers that more than likely are not in the market to buy the Apps when they walk-into the store. A much more difficult sale.
US Warranty employs professional up-sellers who will understand the product and be able to explain the product and why it is essential (life or death) for that customer to buy the App during the F&I process.
I may be completely off-base, but that is my understanding.
