It's not complex at all. What comes out of the processor has to be more valuable than what went in or the process is worthless. For example, if some material would normally be disposed at a cost of $40/ton but the processor converts it to a material which someone would take for free, that's a benefit. If the product can be sold, even better.
Why do you think Mr. Heddle isn't disclosing the in/out results of the processor in the best case scenario??...does he not want any more investment money coming in??
As far as trying to put out feelers as to when you'll sell your shares, get over yourself. I don't care. I'm just pointing out that you will be waiting for the next carrot after the Veridisyn deal vanishes.
