Re: corporatexpress #20156
Greetings all S7

Everyone Happy Holidays....

I liked to make sure I clear up a few things mentioned in corporateexpress write up. (Great Write By The Way)

2016 AS/OS numbers based on P-Shares is more than 9 months old. Everyone stop assuming or guessing. Just ask CEO Bill for the latest update on shares/PShares.

Next Share Reduction

A couple of things here need to be addressed.

This statement: Remember, 8 billion shares bought back at a cost of .0001 would be $800,000. If you look at the funds that are specifically earmarked to buy back shares

S7-First correction(SI earmarked 300 per student and raised it to $400)
plus the acquirement value was from .0001/.0003 (this is the latest numbers)

Corporatexpress: In the MRVB I think the last time I looked this December it was a little less than $30,000. It is accumulating extremely slow, sometimes only $200 per week. And the share price is going to have to remain in the low trips to be able to buy back those billions of shares. So this just means that patience will be needed. But having a realistic view of TPAC can help one not be over-optimistic or pessimistic about the short term gains or lack of movement. Bill is positioning TPAC for the future. TPAC will grow, but it will probably be just that...in the future

S7-Second Correction ( The ICB is not the source of funds for absorption.)

Below is what you copied maybe from the A.R.C.

Share Reduction Program

As we enter the 13th month of the reconstruction now may be a good time to give an update on the share reduction. ORG will continue to buy shares over the counter and place them in a “hold” in the ICB (Institutional Currency Bin), where no shares can be traded. This process can be seen broadcasted in the A.R.C. a few times per week.

S7 ....It says cant be traded that means buy/sell. So it is not the source of the funds.

Now this is what you all can focus on. read carefully.......

ORG will continue to buy shares over the counter and place them in a “hold” in the ICB (Institutional Currency Bin), where no shares can be traded

So again if the the ICB cant trade then its not the place to look for share reduction funding................................................Let me help You OUT

First, the ICB can’t acquire/exit TPAC OTC Shares, so the funds you see there.... are not earmarked for TPAC OTC absorption.

That funding in the ICB is for the youth Genesis Aid Program and is being used to pay for project items on a daily basis. It's working capital. 30 to 50k AFS traders trade daily to generate funds for the GAP.

The AFS T.F.N. carries 28 MRVB's plus 6 AFS Youth MRVB's to train youth to be currency extractors. This is how TPAC OTC acquirement's are generated Over The Counter. Also students are funded up to $400.00 and that may rise in 2018

So again, I.C.B can’t buy TPAC OTC it is used as a repository.

It holds collected shares from the T.F.N MRVB's.

Besides the Youth MRVB's there are 28 systems on line for absorption.

Special Note: Every MRVB now holds TPAC Shares --that has not been transferred to the I.C.B.

Since CEO Bill ICO announcements. i am awaiting news from AFS about any changes to their absorption efforts.

Now that CEO Bill is establishing a funding source using the I.C.O let’s see if he raises more than 2 million,(covers 11.5 billion common shares@.0001) 1.5 estimated for Buy Back,... the rest to reset the company core with an OS to match I.C.O.

1.5 figure based on AFS +- 12% estimate of outstanding shares. .
