let me answer your questions, First IR doesn't manage any of the share absorption. Also with out having access to TPAC TA, I wouldn't have the today's real numbers either.
I have spoken with AFS members. Their last count was 8 to10 billion based on calculations done nine months ago or more. This include P Shares being converted)
