Thanks for the information. A couple questions:

If you and IR know what the maximum absorption point is, can you objectively state how many preferred shares still need conversion?
Can you tell us how many shares are currently held by the total in MRVB purchases?
Not a question, but I am making an assumption that most of the 2 billion shares traded the last two days were preferred shares and thereby increased the OS from 8.2 to 10.2 billion. I don't care what the OS rises to, and I make my own assumption that we are very close to soaking up all remaining preferred shares.
Your statement of watching out for a reversal is meaningless at this point, since I know it will jockey between 1 and 2 ticks. Fine for a trader, but a true long is looking for nickles and dimes in 2 to 5 years.
Hope I did not push any wrong buttons, just trying to understand when you use terms and references that are common to you, and not to me (us), which leads to interpretation and trying to read between the lines.
Thanks
