Dawg, I don’t think Berman would hold off on signing contracts under the On4 Communications name. If the company involved is ready to ink a deal, he’s not going to put it off. However, he may choose to wait to release the news under the Hexagon name.
I have no idea how FINRA operates. Did Hexagon have to be domiciled in Colorado before it made the FINRA list to give a ticker symbol to? I understand your concern about how long this could drag out. Berman’s tweet on the 18th about “quarterly needed 2 more weeks because of CO move”, indicates to me he expects FINRA to complete their part by end of year. Just my opinion.
The new tax laws would apply to revenue earned in 2018. I assume any contract signed in December would not be delivered until 2018. Even if some funds exchange hands in 2017 it would be minimal with regard to the full contract amount since delivery of product has typically been spread out over multiple months.
