Why would SB want to hold off on signing sales agreements under the ONCI/On4Communications name? If that is the case, we may be waiting 30-60-90 days for any PR's for sales while waiting for FINRA to sign off.
I also wonder if SB would want to hold off on signing any revenue generating contracts until the new Tax Laws go into effect?
I am just ignorant on how the tax laws would respond.
If the CEO signs an agreement now under ONCI (old tax system) but no payment is made until units ship and HEXA receives the payment under the new tax laws, which tax system would the law require HEXA to file? In my opinion, we would take advantage of the new, lower, tax rates.
