Swish and spit of an oral rinse is much easier on

Please note that I pointed out specifically for the sake of readers who might have skimmed your post, that you were not suggesting Fluconazole for OM. I am not the one who needs to read posts more carefully.
As far as your snark about my several flu vaccine posts, I repeat that the renowned biologist who had the experience of getting flu immediately after the shot discovered that others likewise had gotten ill immediately after the shot, and the conclusion by the clinic and the scientist was that the supposedly "attenuated" virus was in fact a live virus in a vaccine that had not been manufactured properly. Had you spent even more time than you did searching my posts so that you could come up with one from several weeks ago, you would be aware of that.
Posts from people claiming to be medical professionals are often regarded with more deference than those from non-medical posters. It took me all of two minutes to determine that there was no such thing as a Fluconazole vaginal suppository, but that there was a highly effective oral rinse. And I, a non-physician, knew the correct name of the drug. As Spiderman's uncle says, "With great power comes great responsibility."
