The Judge obviously didn't conduct good research and maybe relied on?? Hmmmm! The RECON work by Bazinga is very good about possible family connections! All I can say about that, IF there's more than just family/friend connections (hmmm!), NOT GOOD and yes, should recuse himself! The dirty play that can take place over stealing IP in the world is just slimy disgusting greed!

I liked today's PR by SFT/$SFOR and the stays! Okay let's deal with this very wrong decision by a CA court, and then with very recent PTAB IPR validity, time for all to settle already!
The Judge/Court/INFRINGER SA will NOT be pulling the rabbit out of the hat using such old prior art that has NOTHING to do with OUT-OB/2FA/MFA! When the standard orgs finally updated the Industry Standards that include $SFOR IP which has just recently been validated by the PTAB and IPR denied -- HELLOOOOOO!
As for the whiners that just want to cry the blues and say Mr. Kay you need to do something and sarcasm -- grow-up and STOP with that BS already! Mr. Kay and the $SFOR Team are doing everything possible IMSO! The Industry/ECOSYSTEM finally caught up with and accept OOB/MFA and KE IP! Then Large or Any Deals are at the mercy of the CUSTOMER to sign the deals and authorize announcing!
