BUY? HOLD? OR SELL???
Really I think there are only two choices to be considered, as the HOLD option would indicate you are confident in SFOR, but lack additional funds to buy more! Thus HOLD is only a default option! So I feel that we have two choices of action – BUY or SELL!!!
BUY? If you are confident in SFOR and have funds, why would you not buy at these ridiculous prices? Unless uncertainty has crept into your thinking! But why would that be? SFOR’s patented technology has been validated by the U.S.Patent Office, not once, but twice! Are you going to let an errant decision by a California Judge lead you to doubt this knowledge as being factual? I’m not! Most of us are aware that there are extenuating circumstances that imply perhaps a strong possibility as to a conflict of interest which should have resulted in the judge recusing oneself from the case! The judge also apparently mistakenly based their decision on only Claim #53, completely disregarding 43 other claims regarding the validity of our patent. To give consideration to irrelevant information (prior art – so much prior that computer technology did not even exist at the time!) in making the decision, they quickly exposed their ruling to appeal for reversal!
Once R&G successfully gets this errant ruling reversed/nullified, SFOR is not just good, but golden! It would mean that SA, and the other defendants have nothing to support their cases, and settlement should be quickly and efficiently pursued by SA, as well as the other defendants.
SELL? As for why would/should you sell, read the above once more, or several times if needed, in order to see that your SFOR holdings have not lost their value (other than on paper, based on a meaningless court ruling and rampant manipulation, as others seek to take advantage to create and buy at these levels!), but SFOR now has an opportunity to slam the door shut on future challenges to their patented technology by further validating our patent! As this happens SFOR’s value will rise exponentially! This court case will prove to be a HUGE WIN-WIN for SFOR and its shareholders!!!
I truly encourage everyone not to fear this challenge, but to embrace it, for the positive end result will be SFOR’s extensively validated patented technology rising to the top of the cyber security world as its unchallenged leader!!! We will be along for the ride as SFOR shareholders!
