With the steady decline in PPS, I don't believe we are waiting on FINRA. I think they are waiting on something from us. Just my gut feeling here. An update on where the creditor repayment stands would answer this question for me - if dilution is over, then we are waiting on FINRA, if not, the agreement has not been settled and they are waiting on us.

Everything else you mentioned I totally agree with and I also think SB is a stud. I did not intend to infer that the other stuff is not important.
