I have been on the Paleo diet, but switching to the Keto diet. Keto wants me to eat less fruit and more veggies compared Paleo and they allow cheese, plain yogurt, and cottage cheese. The idea of paleo is to eat like cave men did and they did not have anything, maybe goats milk or such, certainly not cheese, cottage cheese of yogurt. Cheese is OK, but I love cottage cheese. Yogart does not cut it for me..
