The SecureAuth 101 decision will be appealed according to Mr. Kay by Ropes & Gray. That ONE lawsuit will now take time but there are 5 others are close. Think about all of these recent developments:
1. Steven Cooper...Chief Information Officer for Homeland Security joins SFOR in an advisory capacity and becomes the CHAIRMAN of the SFOR advisory board (huge development)...
2. Ropes & Gray (considered by many as the preeminent IP Lawfirm in the US) partners with SFOR on March 20, 2017 with multiple Lawsuits and just won the IPR challenge and has SFOR's 2nd settlement with Entrust...
3. Blank Rome has partnered with SFOR since 2015
and has been working on contingency the entire time and continues to oversee the Duo, trustwave & Centrify Litigations (contingency confirmed with their Microsoft settlement)...
4. Duo, Trustwave & Centrify challenge the validity of SFOR's patents on April 18, 2017. On October 18, 2017 the IPR Challenge is Denied by USPTO Appeal Board (That means that SFOR Patents are ROCK SOLID)... After their IPR loss Centrify files with the court that they are guilty of infringement and want to see the details of the Entrust settlement to determine the level of damages that they should pay. Interestingly, Strikeforce DOES NOT object to Centrify viewing the Entrust settlement details but only Entrust does.

7. In October 2017 court filings reveal settlement with Entrust will be delayed due to a 'parallel SFOR SETTLEMENT negotiation' until November 2017...
8. Markman Hearing scheduled for December 11 with Duo, Trustwave & Centrify that will lay the groundwork for determining the degree of infringement and settlement amounts from Duo. George Waller files a cease & desist document against Duo on June 5, 2017 revealing that Duo's '$73 million a year MFA income is infringing on SFOR's patents...
