If folks have been paying attention over the past few months, the preferred share info has been discussed ad naseum about how many shares will be out if the 5-6 mil in offers went through. If you want a safety factor for your investment decision, use 300M shares rather than the current 100M.

Trying to guess what's going to happen helps no one at this point. If you've been in the game since the mid-2000s you're still here for a reason - keep asking yourself that question. If not, sell and move on to other things.
