Sounds strange that it's only California. I know a lot of software companies are located in Silicon Valley ..... it's probable that there are more cases there, but why not in other states?

I picked up this article -- 7 cases where 101 did not prevail and the patents won out. I haven't read thru it yet ....... and I'm sure it'll take me awhile since my legal vocabulary obviously sucks.
