I was with both Star, George and Mark at the SHM and it was definitely only for Calforinia the 101. ( It doesn’t mean the defendants won’t try to push it in to any state which has already failed) That being said discussions are going sideways. It’s very simple we have pending deals and more importantly an I PR ruling in our favor. Our competition who have violated our patent rights will be dealt with through third party financing that does not affect SFOR accept for a positive outcome. Win, lose or draw it’s not the play! That being said our attorneys must be upset by the ruling, but protocol is to follow “current”standard law that is the “ Alice” case ruling from this past April which is being referenced where the judge ruled accordingly. Our case was filed pre “Alice ruling” thus we have a result that will need to be taken up by council. Chill everyone as the deals and other things are happening and as soon as SFOR can say something I am sure they will. It’s taking too long, I know and it’s always never fast enough. Stop! Know what you own and keep it buy it or flip it. Not enough volume to push the stock as of right now. iIt’s going to play out in SFORs favor and the only questions iare when, who and how much and I mean business not lawsuits. We have the Markman ruling next week so I would not get too excited over the legal crap as any good news gets discounted and any bad news is priced into the stock. Just my humble opinion. Bear!
