What ever happened to all those criminal charges, you know, the criminal phase of the SEC action that you continually discuss ???
Of course the SEC can only issue civil complaints, like In the case of the fab 51, FBI is responsible for criminal stuff, they investigated right after the Belize shindig, no charges, no interest, nothing to see here.
