I think the SEC is working on finding out who TD is, you say it's Hallin but not even the SEC knows yet they used info supplied by TD pretty much exclusively to file the civil complaint.
To Date, I would guess the SEC has spent more money prosecuting this case than was supposedly taken by the defendants.
MUCH MORE money has been grifter out of the MARKET from investors than supposedly taken be the defendants.
I find it hard to believe the SEC does not already know this fact.
I openly wonder if the SEC is in cohorts with TD and the cult following along .
We need to get to the bottom of who TD is,
And EXACTLY where most of the shareholder money went via short selling the stock.
This is why the case is taking so long in my opinion because even the judge can see the ridiculous nature of this complaint which is more of a slander fest than an actual complaint.
I am certain that along with Treaty getting up to date on filing that these issues regarding the real truth will be exposed, even if the case has to go to the Supreme Court.
Looking forward to 2018 and beyond.
