your post resonated with me for a few reasons ..

first because for almost a decade now .. I've believed that *influence* conveyed
via various SMBs .. is designed to make those who would normally be investors
become traders .. and it was done so skillfully (I refer to it as conditioning by rote)
I suspect *some* believed the conditioning .. but of course when it comes to the
OTC .. unless one is aligned with an entity that could control outcomes or had
inside info and could work off that .. *imo* one was more likely to buy at the high
as X entity was selling (resetting the cycle) and the next round was underway

that creates for cranky would be investors .. imo quickly trading because they
couldn't understand the concept in play .. and don't get me wrong .. if you had
this chat with me in 2007 .. i would have believed in the system in total .. I was
that naive and gullible .. i've spent the better part of the last decade *learning*
and *observing* .. and *documenting* .. to *see* what was done and when

even as naive as i was circa 2007 .. the why was always obvious to me ($$$)

I'm of the age (back in 2000) the cost of doing a trade with my brokerage firm
was called in and cost $200.00 .. it made it beyond *easy* to be an investor
back then we got quarterly statements to peruse a few weeks after the Q ended

i also grew up in a household where *investing* to pass on to the next gen was the norm

my kids high school grad gift was GE stock inherited from my great grands .. one of whom worked for GE his entire adult life (so that was their great great grand)

back to 2000 .. by then lucky enough to have worked for a start up (funded by IBM
it would fail to IPO) .. but that same year .. significant other brought into a start
up about to IPO .. what is ironic here for those who may not know about start ups
is it is misnomer re: time lines ..the one i worked for had been in play (funded)
for about 5 years b4 plug was pulled .. significant other's start up .. had been in
play for over a decade b4 IPO in March of 2000 ..

what I'm getting at is what it taught me about what I refer to as *realistic* time lines

something imo very few *traders* or *investors* understand unless they have been there and done that

ironically (because at the time I did not recognize what I was *seeing*) .. I experienced
what I refer to as a CONtrolled (laddered) take up on my first OTC entrant
(family is career military and ticker was passed on to me @ Easter of 2003
ticker would evolve to FRPT ~ Force Protection) but only after my initial buy
of 10000 shares had been R/S .. with PPS relentlessly compressed and stalled
did I see (what I now know is a controlled outcome) .. in Dec 2005 .. FRPT was
held @ 50c (and my 10000 shares which were never added to had become 833)
over the next 13 months I watched in bemusement as the PPS was *taken up*
@ a higher % than it was *reset* back @ a lower %

so for example .. 50c went to 1.00 .. which went to 75c .. which went to 1.50
which then went to 1.00 .. which went to 2.00 .. which went to 1.50 and so it would go

FRPT .. uplisted on 1.18.07 .. I totally lucked out in that I sold 800~ shares
@ the almost then high of approx $28.00 .. FRPT would go a little higher
but within 10 months *PPS* was back below 2.00 then 1.00 .. a few years on
with a *stalled* PPS .. Force would be acquired by GD ..

this is one reason why I've come to believe that those OTC survivors that uplist
will imo never have *true* valuation* .. imo they literally can't .. we are talking
years of abusive behavior *imo* embedded

btw .. when Force was on the OTC .. it too was the victim of hit pieces done against the Company .. which always *impact* (imo planned) the stock

and lest anyone think .. wow that was great .. I took that money and put it into
another OTC company .. whose product (Utah based) was on one of my kid's cars
meaning we knew it well .. and I then watched over the following months
as this OTC company was ruthlessly and relentlessly *destroyed* .. that took
just about 2 years ..

but that destruction of both a totally legit company and a naive mgmt team as well as her decent retail investors
made me solution oriented .. it's easy to whine .. it's easy to criticize .. it's not so
easy to take the time to understand what is being done .. and how

bottom line is this .. i no longer read most SMBs .. because imo most anyone
can be bought off or pulled into a *crew* .. I observe and document and note
what I see to be very clear patterns .. I can state unequivocally that the daily
reg sho (again to me it's what is shown over weeks/months/years that matters)
threatens a segment firmly entrenched on the SMB I refer to as the vehicle of
choice for OTC stock manipulation

back when this info went live (and I kid you not) .. it was *deemed* OT by vehicle of choice
because for about 6 years or so .. one of the very early NR entities working that
site .. had posted *authoritatively* that there was no such thing as *legal* (forget
abusive) shorting in any OTC stock

seriously ..

so *talking* points in NRs' playbook had to be adjusted .. and they were and
some of us to this day have a giant bullseye .. because of what we *see* and report

I have always presumed most here are adults and will either utilize ignore if they don't like what they read ..

or like some others .. their curiosity may be piqued enough .. to read sites like deep capture or the like ..

imo our system has a very rotten underbelly .. sad to say .. but like others .. I live
with the belief that Tzero and IEX will even out some of the playing field in fairly short order

best to all Innovation investors

Quote:
As much as adults still love the Holiday Season, the thrill of finding out what is under the tree has pretty much escaped us over the years. We are now in the phase where seeing the glow on the faces of the young brings the most joy to our hearts.

But this year, I believe we all are viewing the season and the anticipation of major news that will most likely change our lives with all the anticipation we felt as children. The best part is that, unlike Christmas morning being the known date of receiving our gifts, this year it could come tomorrow or any day between now and New Years. It could also continue to be forthcoming during the entire balance of Winter and well into Spring. How is that for a long, long, long period of happiness?

In my youth, I knew if I asked for something modest I would most likely get it. Something expensive, forget it, and I am a strong adherent that too much is given too soon to children today so that they have lost the lesson of learning to start small and raise their expectations as they get older and more affluent in their own right. Something that comes too easily is not treasured as something you earned or worked hard to achieve. But I think we will all agree that we in IPIX have earned our right to expect knockout news this season and that the drugs will provide the test data to make all our dreams come true.

Whether Monday is the big news or it comes later in the month and even bigger news comes next year I know Santa's bag is overflowing with goodies for IPIX stockholders.

So much for the material side of Christmas, the time of recognizing goodwill towards men and the glory of our God is on an even larger scale as it foreshadows our place in eternity whereas IPIX is limited to only this life.

As Tiny Tim (A Christmas Carol, not that jackass performer) said "God bless us all."
