on the OTC it doesn't .. and that comes from over 8 years of daily tapes of trades' documentation
again if one believes that SROs will be *factual* in reporting on the poorly watched
and heavily manipulated OTC (especially those OTC co.s that came public
via a R/M ) that is their choice .. it is not an opinion I share.. imo every OTC
company a decade + back was totally *fungible* courtesy of true lack of transparency out of the SEC (2005's *grandfathering* just allowed ever more BS)
as i've noted previously .. but will repeat .. OTC targets *set up* by NR (non retail)
worked for cycles of money in play .. until OTC *target* had outlasted usefulness
imo .. back end of 2014 was key for that .. and from that point on NRs' efforts
have been beyond obvious and simple .. relentlessly compress IPIX's PPS
for reasons many can understand
imo for over 2 + years now NR is beyond UPSIDE DOWN on IPIX
it will be interesting to see what NR has to report AH's tomorrow .. and if that 1.2M~ morphs above or below
