If they agree to offer price then they can announce the buyout. We have no say so. This happened many times. In big boards most companies owned by mutual funds and other shareholders. That is why it is not as easy as decision when it comes to buy out. Remember this is business decision not personal. If the mgT think it is good idea then i will respect that.
