I think if we are able to raise the additional funds by the Jan 10th deadline, the stock should be worth at least 20 cents per share. If you assume:
Current share count is 85 million
Existing notes to BMI and Domminck, Xpress etc convert to 68 million shares
$975k note referenced in the most recent pr converts at .03 = 32.5 million shares
= 185.5 million shares
Assume existing note holders balance total $20 Million after the 75/80 % discounts. That would equate to 100 million shares if the share price was 20 cents. They don't convert for another 18 months.
So that would total 285.5 million shares. At 20 cents, that's a 57 million market cap, which I think is very reasonable. This assumes the Avant shares are worthless. It's very easy to come with a price higher than this under certain scenarios.
