especially when the investment is in the OTC .. where *risk* is rarely de-risked
specifically until after that rare OTC *target* that SURVIVES .. and manages to uplist
out of the OTC cesspool that NR (non retail) almost always CONtrolls outcomes of ..
again rhetorical ..
so nice to see so many multi/s making ihang their home these days .. CONfirming just how UPSIDE DOWN NR remains in 2017 as they were from December 2009's *handoff*
