I am just posting with regard to some of the opinions I have formed, and trying to explain some of the questions/frustrations that strike me.
I don't claim to know anything, and I am not in the camp that seems to think this whole company was formed as part of a scam, right from inception.
By the same token, based on everything I have read, I also do not see how this company, with its current business plan (such as it is) will somehow become successful, nor do see how the existing "long" shareholders who acquired shares at a acquisition price of ten cents or more, will ever see any return on their investment.
To the extent I have any ideas, I think Mr. Heddle (perhaps still in conjunction with Bordynuik) is keeping the company in basic filing compliance, with an eye towards eventually using the corporate "shell" in some new/different business venture that will issue and sell new stock and raise millions more in other people's and entity's invested dollars.
I have never "shorted" a stock, and have only invested in two "penny stocks - years ago, as a result of a "cold call" from a Raymond James broker.
