I tried a couple of email inquiries direct to the company over the long weekend - no response as of yet.
I have to admit though, the answer was pretty much what I expected: essentially, 'I know Richard Heddle hasn't taken a salary because he said that he hasnt'.
Even less reliable, in my opinion, based upon all I have read going back in the history of this company and its stock, is accepting at face value, the word of John Bordynuik with regard to whether or not he has sold his PTOI shares. At a minimum, didn't he testify in deposition, as to his sale of a material amount of shares, or do you not include those in your statement for some reason? It seems pretty clear to me that Mr. Bordynuik made a number of claims and statements which were subsequently found to be false.
I suppose at the end of the day it does not matter all that much. After researching this company and its stock, I can safely say that I can't see any reason to invest in the company by buying its stock, no matter the price.
If I were a stockholder though, I would want to know just what the roughly one million dollars, scheduled as "compensation" for the full 2017 year, consists of, and who it was paid to.
