The time has finally arrived and folks should put their emotions in check on things "they" think should take place. Got it if some want to post your downer thoughts, but to trash/complain over and over is ridiculous and not acceptable here!
Team $SFOR has weathered a very bad storm for over a decade due to IT Industry NOT being smart enough to accept and be ahead of the Cyber bad guys....BUT by Future Looking Brilliancy our diamond in the rough $SFOR/SFT certainly was ready waiting on the Industry to accept and integrate very awesome Keys to the Kingdom! And those investors that weathered the storm all those years -- will finally have Victory! Me only since 16Q1, but I do understand IT very well and SFOR IP is a MUST HAVE IP to counter the Cyber bad guys! That's why so many are using SFOR IP....NOW and Infringing!
I feel very confident that the SFOR/ACS Alliance with these BEHEMOTHS -- TPG/INTEL /McAfee and their Behemoth Law Firm R&G that came onboard with SFOR this year, know exactly what to do, along with SFOR leadership who has an impressive JPMC background and definitely knows a thing or two I would say! The man came out of retirement for crying out loud and invested 2M of his own money!!!!
I agree that R&G advised the best Course of Action (COA) was not to release the details at this time, and to add quite possibly the " 2 Parties " providing the Litigation Loan(s)! This doesn't mean all settlements details/numbers will not be provided either, as Mr. Kay indicated in Item 5 of the Q&A!
I'm looking forward to seeing the "one or two that are VERY LARGE"!
