I asked Bill on the phone specifically about how they were compensated. He told me it wasnt any of my business. I disagreed and told him as an outside source and having a competing interest with shareholders - shareholders had a right to know if the interests aligned. He still disagreed. However, when I pressed further - he did tell me that it was structured that if shareholders did well - they would do very well and that he/they had the shareholders in mind. I told him that was fair enough as ghat was my primary concern. According to their tweets and postings on here - they are doing extremely well - so what happened for the shareholders?

Am I pissed...? Yeah. I dont like being lied to, I dont like being defrauded, and I dont lime losing money based on the two. It is one thing to have a business plan not work out. There are myriad reasons why Boeing may have been delayed or BTL contract was delayed/altered. But that is not the case here. One insider said it was guarangeed and the other said nothing was ever finalized/structured/guaranteed. THAT is a major violation whether intentional or incompetence. To not correct the record immediately is a dereliction of fiduciary responsibility. That falls on Bill. He was responsible for the message and cofrecting James if he spoke out of turn or out of context. The Q&A was clear. He said guaranteed and money in the bank.
