Re: thesmallsV2 #19815
Perhaps pumping would have been a better word to use other than promise. James all but guaranteed the BTL 13 million was money in the bank for TPAC.

As I recall James is the owner of Integrated Revenue "IR" and is the one who made all the lofty claims that never transpired. Once he completely destroyed TPAC's public offering he moved over to Sphere International to continue the scam of defrauding investors.

I want IR/SI to be held accountable for all the manipulation they did causing several to lose thousands of dollars. Shareholders trusting they had TPAC's best interest in mind cost them to lose everything. They manipulated TPAC to the point its now impossible to even exit let alone exit without a loss.

No record of share buybacks can be found anywhere. This entire MRVB is nothing but smoke and mirrors. SI has not retired 1 TPAC share to date.

They have never filed a SC 13d or Form 4 stating ownership in TPAC.

There has never been revenue reporting in any TPAC filing showing the MRVB is making money.

There is no record of any proxy between TPAC and SI that would allow SI not to report TPAC earnings or shares purchased as IR claimed.
