I am not bashing TPAC. I want TPAC to succeed. IR/SI on the other hand has done nothing but destroy TPAC and its shareholders. All this talk about how great the MRVB is but not one verifiable piece of data to support the claims. As of today the MRVB has done nothing at all to benefit TPAC.
The relentless pumping and bashing shareholders by Muse/IR/SI on twitter was clear stock manipulation. Stock manipulation is illegal in the US. Not only did they promise millions in revenue they promised lowering the A/S and a price of .01. All those things were simply to manipulate the price so they could flip TPAC all the way to no bid.
I want answers to why the MRVB has never shown revenue for TPAC.
I want answers to why SI has never filed a SC-13d or Form 4 for 5+% of ownership in TPAC if they are really buying shares.
I want answers to why there is no record of a Proxy between Si and TPAC as IR claimed. Bill has never once mentioned a Proxy between TPAC and SI and there is no legal record of one being in place. They cant just say they have a proxy in place it must be filed with the state of incorporation as well as the SEC. Neither of those have happened so there is NO proxy just more lies.
All signs point to the MRVB and IR/SI being a fraud. Not one thing can be verified with actual legal filings or court documents. They need to be held accountable for all the lies and manipulation that caused thousands of dollars to be lost by those who believed in their rhetoric.
