I also distinctly remember him not being able to produce one example of me lying except for saying the compamy was being pumped. I refuted that as well and no one countered. The $0.01 PPS target and OS reduction from IR to gin up the base while preferreds unloaded speak for itself.
Cancer sucks period. Despite any disagreements I have with him I hope he has a speedy recovery. That does not change the fact that his IR group was putting out facts and figures that could not be substantiated and he did not correct them publicly or pull the plug on them. That should have been done immediately with the constant PPS target and the BTL SLA.
I did go away. I also was attacked continuously and relentlessly and the defamation line was crossed. I came back to refute the lies and they werent countered. My recollection is very clear.
