Opinions vary on the significance of the FINRA number, but I find it very significant that although a few people who are valued posters think that the number is insignificant, so many of those who are bashers (or at least were bashers, before they changed identities and now post supposedly bullishly) are trying to look at evidence right before their eyes -- for instance, a percentage that have varied from 7 to 78 percent -- and try to pretend it's meaningless.

It's not meaningless. We just don't know how to interpret it.
