Be prepared for wailings and lamentations from the bashers elsewhere.
I didn't see anything we didn't already know in the 10-Q (I could be wrong). But they will spin it as being some big disaster or something, just because the company is being VERY careful in their language so that the likes of a Rosen Firm can't sue them down the road in another greenmail attempt.
Companies these days have to paint everything in the most dire terms possible so that they are not accusing of trying to pump their stock.
