because it's the only option they have remaining .. because they are significantly
upside down and every attempt to part IPIX shares of *significance*
out of actual Innovation investors .. has failed in the last 2 + years
they literally can only do what i refer to as *controlled* take ups .. 3 done
since mgmt's upside surprise of June 2017 .. stopped out @ 1.08/1.08 and 85c
leaves only other option to relentlessly compress IPIX's PPS *down* to see if
emotions can be triggered to get some actual sells ..
so far the *volume* reported and tape of trades (mirrored multiples) would indicate that while PPS can be compressed down ward .. success hasn't been a factor for NR (non retail)
