NetworkNewsBreaks – AV1 Group, Inc. (AVOP) Initiates $5.5M SMART City Transition Pilot Program
AV1 Group, Inc. (OTC: AVOP), a publicly traded investment and holding company, this morning announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, XFIRE Smart Systems, has initiated a pilot program for a major city in Michigan to design and implement its SMART City transition, with the order total coming in at approximately $5.5 million. Apollo Smart Lights, a partner of XFIRE Smart Systems, is expected to manufacture the lighting products for the project. Per this morning’s update, this addition marks the company’s seventh pilot program currently in progress or scheduled through the first quarter of 2018. AV1 Group expects to announce completion of this pilot within the next 30 days.
