so today was interesting due to the first trade *amazingly* enough actually adjusting
off of CDEL's ask size .. i say amazing because CDEL has a habit of utilizing
*elastic* sizes (read abusive) on UPSIDE DOWN *OTC targets* .. just this
week .. almost 2000 shares more than their *then* 41k+ size .. DIDN'T *adjust*

now no one has claimed that 18k ask hit that adjusted .. but i noted to another
in RT (real time)
