When I was visiting StrikeForce's office, Mark and I spoke about up-listing to the QB. He said that it is on their minds. In his answer, he tells us what is involved and one thing that he wants to be sure of is that it stays there. He is watching the stock very close and it has been holding it's price for some time now. In My Opinion, when we see the completion of a couple more events such as settlements, revenue, press releases of good news, and more lawsuits, which some of these may start any day now, he will start the process.

A great question and now that SFOR is holding at about 1-2 cents, we are considering uplifting to QB where you have to stay over 1 cent. We understand that is helpful to those trying to buy and sell SFOR, which is a good thing. That by the way takes at least one month and $10k and once we are there we have to stay there for the first 3 months and continuously.
