CIELOMAR Update> JAN says goal of 500 reservations prior
to breaking ground in 2019 < JAN says he believes he can
get $15M to $20M cash from the initial purchase agreements
of those 500 + monthly income beyond that on the 500 LOTS.
IMO if JAN achieves that PGUS will be a .10+ easy stock
by end of 2018 when it becomes clear that goal is going
to be hit. Of course setting a goal like that and
actually achieving it are two different things,
but it will be very interesting to see how the next 12-15 months
play out.
