Hes already pinpointed what can be improved upon and in some ways things look even more promising going into next years crop given that some peppers surpassed expectations and margins on produce will also be better than expected next year. I'm sure these farmers knew what they were doing but that doesnt mean that there aren't variables starting a new crop in a new place as fast as possible and also of this size.
