Might have to do with the blatant lying and misinformation fed to investors the last several years. If you threw $500 bucks on this hoping for a lottery ticket - no big deal. When you throw real money at it based on business plans, PRs, investor Q&As, etc and they turned out to be unsubstantiated or simply made up - then people tend to get a little negative.
If NAVAIR/SE Asia and China didnt work out as planned - so be it. ExIM went sideways - so be it. But there is no excuse for the subterfuge that went on back and forth with investors and IR in 2016 when investors were told one thing and the company was doing something else. Again - start with the CC and BTL SLA.
