But that's just the thing! SFOR is the author of this technology. They founded the company for crying out loud. Right after the dot com boom and crash. Smartphones weren't even really around.
Going back to the man that patented WIFI. He never made anything. Never used it. Now we use WIFI globally. If he tried in court to pursue everyone? He'd get laughed at.
SFOR made products. They are a corporate company. Their problem as I see it is getting the respect in the industry. Ropes and Gray & Black and Rome caught what was going on. Law firm love blood in the water. Makes it clear where to circle. In short, anyone set on their clients products or services? And, yeah.
But a judge is going to look at this and ask SFOR to be reasonable after a few wins.
