dw, putting humor aside, yes, from all the readings and videos I have seen on the topic, LBJ is a prime suspect, and I have seen a lot of thoughts about another Texan, George H. Bush being involved to a lesser extent. But, we will never know. This release is a bunch of BSD or propaganda.
