Action, I have two rules in the stock arena. Rule 1: never believe anything a stock trader says. Rule 2: stock traders always claim to know it all but in reality they know very little about business.
DECN is Mr. Berman's company. He designed the products, he got the GenUltimate through the FDA, he raised a lot of money. He has advanced the careers of his staff. He beat J&J in a lawsuit. He got the company out of SEC trouble caused by former CEO Bob Cox. He beat a really bad man in a lawsuit where Bob Cox basically gave this guy the company. It is no wonder KB doesn't trust stock traders. I myself, I hate them. The next stock trader who is a winner that I meet will be the first one.
Why in the world would I allow a stock trader to influence me enough to take a hint and contact Mr. Berman. It is his company, not yours. If you don't like what he is doing approach the Board and have him terminated. Or, run your own slate of directors and take over the company. Anything else is cowardly, but I have come to expect these things from stock traders.
