Mr. Berman would be the best source of such a decision using executive recruiters once Mr. Berman has been honest with himself in analyzing the areas of deficit and the areas of needed improvement - marketing, sales, branding, investor relations, etc.
Compensation for a Senior Executive comes in many forms as you should know - direct comp, stock options, etc. I would have to review all current and previous comp plans to prove or disprove (sorry, but I do not trust you) you assertion that he works without pay. Based on YOUR CLAIM, does Mr. Berman believe a company should operate without profit AND shareholders should invest without realizing a monetary benefit from their investment.
I HAVE NOT NOR THINK, Mr. Berman is a crook or criminal or self-dealing BUT I do think he needs help in certain aspects of the business AND sooner than later.
