$IPIX *legal* short data reported since Jan 2017 ..

now what is beyond telling when viewed in the aggregate .. is what is *reported*
and when specific to the *legal* short in IPIX .. btw .. if one wants to track %s
one tracks against the float not the IO (float = freely trading .. IO is issued and
outstanding which includes non trading/restricted shares)

for the first 4 months of 2017 .. retail will note that the amount reported by SROs
( self reporting entities ) is held within a range of 100,000 shares ..
the cynical among us will note the *tightly held stall* being done by NR .. or as i
refer to it .. throw the dart for the number *reported* by SROs

2 key dates to note .. specific to SROs' *data* .. are 5.10.2017 ( 52 week low
was reset on IPIX/CTIX) and 6.9.2017 .. when $IPIX first began to trade

which is also interesting because on some other OTC targets .. one would swear NR just throws the proverbial dart for *reporting*

anyone invested in IPIX knows exactly what transpired in 2015 .. and more tellingly .. what the PPS was in 2015

hopefully it comes as know surprise that this most recent round of NRs' throw the dart *legal* report .. landed yet again on the 1.2M~ wheel
