$TRLI .11 Michael Jay Solomon, Truli Media Group CEO, Named to The Dove Foundation Advisory Board

LOS ANGELES, CA, Dec 17, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Truli Media Group, Inc. (OTCQB: TRLI) -- Dick Rolfe, The Dove Foundation co-founder and CEO, today announced the addition of noted U.S. television and new media executive, Michael Jay Solomon, to its prestigious Advisory Board. The Dove Foundation, established in 1991, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to encouraging the entertainment industry to create, produce and distribute a greater proportion of movies that are appropriate for family viewing.

Mr. Solomon is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Truli Media Group, Inc. (OTCQB: TRLI), parent company of www.truli.net, a global faith-based & family friendly media content platform and social community hub targeting the active Christian community with its 150+ million people in the US and another 600 million internationally.

Mr. Solomon has more than 50 years in the worldwide media and content distribution business. He is the co-founder of Telepictures Corp., which grew to become the largest U.S. television syndication company and one of the largest international distribution companies. Telepictures became a public company (NASDAQ) after only 14 months under Michael's leadership as Chairman and CEO. A landmark deal saw Telepictures merge with Lorimar to form Lorimar Telepictures Corp., where Michael became the new company's President and member of its Board of Directors. Lorimar Telepictures became the largest television production and distribution company in the world. When Lorimar was acquired by Warner Bros., Michael became President of Warner Bros. International Television. In recent years, he has spearheaded multiple industry advancements through his company, Solomon Entertainment Enterprises. He has been a member of the Board of the NYU Stern School of Business for 26 years.

Truli.Net opens the door to a wide variety of Christian spiritual, family, and educational content with entertainment elements, including sermons, music videos, concerts, movies, comedy and programming streamed live and on demand -- all within a trusted community brought together by a shared affinity.

Mr. Rolfe said of Mr. Solomon's addition to the Dove Advisory Board, "Michael is a pioneer in television distribution and has built successful companies throughout his business life. His latest creation, Truli.Net, is an innovative platform for Christian and family-friendly content that features Dove approved films. Michael's insights into new media and content distribution make him a valuable addition to the Dove team."

Mr. Solomon added, "I can't think of a more prestigious group to be a part of than The Dove Foundation. Entertainment executives and millions of families respect them for their well established Dove Family Approved Seal. Dove's commitment to faith-based and family entertainment is well known. I'm pleased to offer my expertise in television, film and new media distribution to assist Dove in furthering its mission as we enter new content distribution arenas driven by the technologies of the day."
