I also have to wonder why it would not be a full dismissal since the patent office has already granted three patents on this technology to SFOR. The IPR that was investigated by the patent office after the first patent was awarded was not only dismissed in favor of SFOR but 8 new claims were added to the patent. So, again I would find it hard to believe that it would go forward. Now, I think I read that DUO is funded by Google, that could be a wild card if they get to the patent office anything could happen. This is a big patent...
